Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
WHEATDEN, LLC accepts a range of payment methods for orders placed through wheatden.com. Depending on the customer's device, location, transaction eligibility, and the payment options available at checkout, supported methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, as applicable to the payment method selected at checkout. The payment options actually displayed during checkout are the methods currently available for that transaction.
2. Transaction Currency and Authorization
All orders placed through wheatden.com are processed using EUR as the transaction currency. Customers should review the final order total before confirming payment.
When an order is submitted, the selected payment provider may authorize or verify the transaction before the order is accepted for processing. A payment may remain pending while authorization, fraud screening, or other verification procedures are completed. Any currency conversion, foreign transaction fee, or similar charge applied by a customer's bank or payment provider is determined by that provider and is outside the control of WHEATDEN, LLC.
3. Payment Security
We use security measures designed to protect payment and transaction information during checkout. wheatden.com uses HTTPS and SSL/TLS encryption to help protect data transmitted between the customer's browser, our website, and authorized payment services.
Sensitive payment credentials are handled through the secure infrastructure of Stripe, PayPal, and the applicable payment network. WHEATDEN, LLC does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or CVV/CVC security codes on its website servers.
Where supported, payment providers may also use security technologies such as tokenization, PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure, 3D Secure or similar authentication methods, fraud screening, risk analysis, and transaction verification. Additional information regarding the protection of customer information is available in our Privacy Policy.
4. Failed, Declined and Pending Payments
A payment may be declined, delayed, or remain pending for reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, bank restrictions, authentication failure, suspected fraud, transaction limits, technical interruptions, or a decision made by the customer's payment provider.
If a payment is unsuccessful, the order may not be confirmed or processed until valid payment authorization is received. Customers should verify their payment details or contact their bank, card issuer, Stripe-supported payment provider, or PayPal where appropriate.
If an amount appears to have been charged but the order was not successfully confirmed, please contact us at help@wheatden.com so that we can review the available order and transaction records.
5. Refunds and Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not normally redirect refunds to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or unrelated payment method.
Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be submitted through the corresponding payment channel and should be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on the bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment network involved, additional posting time may occur after the refund has been submitted.
Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, refund conditions, and the applicable 30-day return period are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Payment Disputes and Transaction Records
If a customer believes that a payment, charge, refund, or order transaction is incorrect, please contact us at help@wheatden.com so that we can investigate the issue using the available order, payment, delivery, return, and communication records.
For payment disputes, chargebacks, or similar claims, WHEATDEN, LLC may provide relevant transaction evidence to Stripe, PayPal, a card issuer, bank, payment network, or other authorized party involved in reviewing the dispute. Such evidence may include the order confirmation, transaction reference, payment status, customer communications, shipment tracking, delivery records, return information, and refund records where applicable.
Customers should keep their order confirmation and relevant payment records until an order, return, or refund has been fully completed. Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection or payment laws.
